Ingredients

  • 3½ cups reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 package (3.2 oz) fresh shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped (½ cup)

  • ½ cup snap pea pods

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • ½ package (8-oz size) dried Chinese noodles

Preparation Time 6 min | Cooking Time 6 min:
4 servings | 140 Calories | 8g Protein | 26g Carbohydrates | 0.5g Fat

Pea pods, peppers and mushrooms flavor a 15-minute simple soup.

  • In 2-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except noodles. Heat to boiling over medium heat; boil 3 minutes.

  • Add noodles. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
