Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans

  • 2 slices bacon, chopped

  • 4 ounce can mushrooms, drained

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time 6 min | Cooking Time 10 min:
4 servings | 66 Calories | 2g Protein | 3g Carbohydrates | 4g Fat

These have a nice flavor. Just be careful not to overcook the beans.

  • Fry the bacon until almost crisp; drain off most of the grease.

  • Meanwhile, boil or steam the green beans until tender-crisp.

  • Drain well, then add the bacon, mushrooms and butter; heat through.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
