Ingredients

  • 1/2 c unsalted butter

  • 1 c Smucker's Reduced Fat Natural Peanut Butter

  • 2 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 20 packets Splenda

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time 10 min | Cooking Time 0 min:
18 servings

Healthier than regular fudge. Watch the fat.

  • Measure 2 level scoops of protein powder into a bowl. Add 20 individual packets of Splenda.

  • Blend Splenda and protein with a fork until thoroughly blended.

  • In a small saucepan melt margarine and peanut butter. Warm up just enough to melt the margarine and soften the peanut butter using very low heat. Do not boil or cook.

  • Remove from heat, blend the margarine and peanut butter thoroughly.

  • Let the saucepan cool for 2 minutes.

  • Slowly add protein and Splenda mixture, stirring until thoroughly blended. Thorough mixing is important.

  • Place in small container and chill in the fridge, or scoop small balls onto a cookie sheet and freeze.
