Ingredients

  • 2 6 inch Corn Tortillas

  • 3 Oz Mahi Mahi Fillet

  • 2 tbsp Low Fat Tartar Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Salsa (homemade or store bought)

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time 5 min | Cooking Time 20 min:
1 servings | 311 Calories | 30g Protein | 28g Carbohydrates | 10g Fat

This recipe can be made with either store bought or homemade salsa. If possible, use homemade salsa so that you get your serving of vegatables in.

  • Bake the Fillet at 450 degrees for 20 minutes

  • With 5 minutes left, spray skillet with Pam and cook corn tortillas until they are crisp.

  • When fish is done baking, break fillet into small pieces and fill the two tortillas

  • Add a tablespoon of salsa and tartar sauce to each taco.
