  • 12 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups sugar free apricot preserves

  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time 10 min | Cooking Time 60 min:
12 servings | 180 Calories | 20g Protein | 25g Carbohydrates | 3g Fat

The classic mating of fruit with chicken is perfectly accomplished with this tasty offering.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine the apricot preserves, vinegar and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener. Pour the preserve mixture over the chicken, cover and bake for 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
