Ingredients

  • 4 3 oz boneless Pork chops

  • 4 slices of pork or turkey bacon

  • 4 tablespoons of KC Materpiece Barbecue Sauce (split in half)

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time 5 min | Cooking Time 30 min:
4 servings | 221 Calories | 26g Protein | 1g Carbohydrates | 12g Fat

Thin boneless pork chops wrapped in bacon with a touch of KC Masterpiece Barbecue sauce

  • Pre-heat oven to 350.

  • Rinse chops and wrap 1 slice of bacon around chop holding ends with tooth pick.

  • Bake 15 minutes and then remove tooth picks and turn over. Bake another 15 minutes.

  • Brush 1/2 of the Bar B Q sauce on the chops and return to the broiler until bacon starts to turn crisp. (About 5 min)

  • Turn over and using the rest of sauce broil for 5 more minutes.

Tip: Using a broiler pan lets all greese from bacon drip through and collect away from the meat.
