Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese

  • 1 cup egg whites (equivalent to 6 egg whites)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (one that is around 25g per scoop)

  • 1 TB vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Granulated Splenda (optional)

Preparation Time 3 min | Cooking Time 5 - 6 min:
3 servings | 245 Calories | 30g Protein | 23g Carbohydrates | 3g Fat

You can either cut the recipe down to make a single serving or you can make the whole batch, which is convenient, because these freeze really well and you can just pop them in the toaster or microwave straight from the freezer! Who needs eggo’s?

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender or magic bullet.

  • Cook on waffle iron or in griddle for pancakes as you would any other waffle or pancake.

  • Top with whatever you’d like. These are also very good plain.
