  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds

  • 2 Tablespoons grated apple

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1.5 packet Splenda

Low carb apple-cinnamon flax seed pancakes that smell and look as amazing as they taste — and still manage to be great for your health, and your waistline!

  • Combine all ingredients well, and pour onto a hot griddle.

  • Cook until the edges start to brown, then flip over, and cook the other side.

  • Once cooked, top with sugar-free maple syrup, some berries, and a few walnuts, if desired. Enjoy!
